This is a nickel-plated brass pilot-operated check valve. Connection 1 has G 1/4 inch male threads and connection 2 has G 1/4 inch banjo female threads. It also has an G 1/8 inch female threaded actuating connection (check valve). The check valve function can be used for a short intermediate stop of the actuator. If there is control pressure on the G 1/8 inch port, flow can travel in both directions between connection ports 1 & 2. If there is no control pressure on the G 1/8 inch port, flow can only travel from connection 2 to connection 1. It has an NBR seal that makes it suitable for applications within a temperature range from -20 to 80 °C (-4 to 176 °F). The operating pressure range is 0.5 to 10 bar (7 to 145 psi). There is an arrow on the body of the fitting indicating flow direction.

Pros:

  • Suitable for neutral and non-corrosive media
