Closes a normally open contact at an adjustable oil flow of 0.5 to 1.6 l/min. The potential-free reed contact carries no voltage of its own, so it can be wired directly to a PLC (programmable logic controller) input. It switches max. 60 VA, about 0.26 A at 230 V AC; valve or relay coils cause high switch-on currents, so add a contact protection relay (not included). Viscosity compensation keeps the set point valid for oils from 30 to 600 cSt (centistokes). The nickel-plated brass body with female thread is rated to 300 bar (≈4350 psi) and +120 °C (≈248 °F).
