G1/2'' Hydraulic Inline Relief Valve 30-100bar 30l/min
Direct-operated hydraulic pressure relief valve for inline mounting, G1/2 BSPP. Adjustable from 30 to 100 bar. Nominal flow 30 l/min. It limits the system pressure by relieving excess oil from P to T, for overpressure protection or continuous operation. Aluminium body with galvanised steel cartridge and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulics from -20 to +80 °C.

Description
Fit it in the pressure line: P passes straight through the body, and oil above the set pressure flows out at T back to tank. For flows up to 80 l/min, choose the 80 l/min valves. The same body is available with setting ranges up to 50, 100, 210 or 350 bar. Mount it through the 6.5 mm holes in the body.

Inline hydraulic pressure relief valves with an aluminium body, for limiting the system pressure in overpressure protection or continuous operation. The pressure line passes straight through the body (two P ports), and oil above the set pressure is relieved to T. Direct-operated versions cover 30 l/min (G3/8 and G1/2) and 80 l/min (G1/2 and G3/4); pilot-operated versions cover 150 l/min (G1/2, G3/4 and G1). Setting ranges from 3-70 bar up to 100-350 bar; the minimum settings are measured at 5 l/min. Aluminium body, galvanised steel screw-in cartridge and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids from -20 to +80 °C. The valves mount through holes in the body.
