G1'' brass variable area flow meter oil 2-8 l/min 250 bar
Shows oil flow from 2 to 8 l/min directly on a scale, without power supply. Specially shaped measuring bores compensate for viscosity, so one scale stays valid for oils with a viscosity from 30 to 600 cSt (centistokes). Within this range, no recalibration is needed when the oil or the pressure changes. The nickel-plated brass body with G 1" female thread is rated to 250 bar (≈3630 psi) and -20 to +120 °C (≈-4 to +248 °F).

Pros:
- Direct reading in l/min, no power supply or wiring
- One scale for oils from 30 to 600 cSt
- Pressure rating of 250 bar for high-pressure oil lines
- Any mounting position, preferably with upward flow
Cons:
- No electrical output; for a switching signal, choose a variable area flow switch
- Straight pipe needed: 10 pipe diameters before and 5 after the meter
- Not suitable for solid or magnetic particles; fit a dirt trap if needed
