G3/4'' Hydraulic Throttle Valve 350bar Max 180l/min
Hydraulic throttle valve, G3/4 BSPP, galvanised steel body, up to 350 bar. Controls the speed of cylinders and hydraulic motors by throttling the oil flow in both directions. Practical flow 60 l/min, maximum 180 l/min. Polyamide adjustment knob and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulics from -20 to +80 °C.

Description
Turn the knob to narrow or widen the flow cross-section and set how fast a cylinder or motor moves. There is no check valve, so the flow is throttled in both directions: the return stroke is slowed as much as the working stroke. To throttle one direction only and let the return flow pass freely, choose the throttle check valve. Select the size by the practical flow of 60 l/min, not the 180 l/min maximum. For more, choose the G1 valve (150 l/min). For mounting through a control panel, use the matching panel mounting set for G1/2 and G3/4 valves, ordered separately.
Pros:
- Set by hand with the adjustment knob, no tools needed
- Throttles equally in both flow directions
- Panel mounting possible with the matching mounting set
Cons:
- No check valve, the return flow is throttled too - for free return, choose the throttle check valve
- Not pressure-compensated: the set speed changes when the load pressure changes
Series:
Hydraulic throttle valves for setting the speed of cylinders and hydraulic motors by an adjustable restriction of the flow cross-section. The range covers G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, G3/4 and G1 BSPP female ports, with practical flows from 10 to 150 l/min and maximum flows from 14 to 400 l/min. All valves have a galvanised steel body, a polyamide adjustment knob and NBR seals, and are rated to 350 bar for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids from -20 to +80 °C. They throttle in both directions. For one-way throttling with free return flow, the same sizes are available as throttle check valves. Four panel mounting sets, each covering one or two valve sizes, allow installation through a control panel so the knob sits on the front. Throttle valves are also known as needle valves, flow restrictors or flow control valves.
