G3/8'' Hydraulic Throttle Check Valve 350bar Max 60l/min

Turn the knob to narrow or widen the flow cross-section and set how fast a cylinder or motor moves. Flow from A to B is throttled. Flow from B to A bypasses the throttle through the check valve, with 65 l/min at a 5 bar pressure drop, so the return stroke is not slowed. Ports A and B are marked on the body. Select the size by the practical flow of 20 l/min, not the 60 l/min maximum. For more, choose the G1/2 valve (25 l/min). For mounting through a control panel, use the matching panel mounting set for G1/4 and G3/8 valves, ordered separately.

Series:

Hydraulic throttle check valves for setting the speed of cylinders and hydraulic motors in one direction, with free return flow through an integrated check valve. The range covers G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, G3/4 and G1 BSPP female ports, with practical flows from 10 to 150 l/min, maximum flows from 20 to 300 l/min and free return flows from 25 to 270 l/min at a 5 bar pressure drop. All valves have a galvanised steel body, a polyamide adjustment knob and NBR seals, and are rated to 350 bar for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids from -20 to +80 °C. For throttling in both directions, the same sizes are available as throttle valves without check valve. Four panel mounting sets, each covering one or two valve sizes, allow installation through a control panel so the knob sits on the front. Throttle check valves are also known as one-way flow control valves or one-way restrictors.
