Gira Dual Smoke Alarm Relay Module - 234000

This Gira relay module is suitable for both Dual Q and Dual/VdS smoke detectors. It features backward compatibility, making it viable to be used with the Dual VdS smoke detector. Additional external alarms, like a horn or warning light, can be connected. The alarm relay switches during a local or interconnected alarm. In case of a smoke detector malfunction, such as a nearly empty battery, the fault relay switches. Alarm and fault messages can be forwarded to other signaling devices through the relay module. The relay module can simply be plugged into the interface of the Dual smoke detector. The smoke detector's connection terminals can still be used with the module plugged in.
