Gira E2 Single Gang In-Wall Box - 289100

The Gira E2 is a single-gang, flush-mounted installation box made of plastic, featuring a depth of 60.5mm and an internal depth of 50mm. This square device box is designed for installation in brickwork, typically secured with plaster, and includes provisions for 4 entries, rear input, and switch equipment attachment by spreading, with screws for added security. Ideal for flat installation, it is compatible with E2 and E22 switch programs. Besides this box, a standard device box (item no. 289600) required for flat mounting . The device box is installed in the flush-mounted installation box similar to a standard cavity box.

With its puristic and minimalist design, the E2 series from Gira fits into almost any interior. E2 can be combined with all over 300 functions of System 55. The E2 switching material is available in shatter-proof, UV-resistant thermoplastic with an easy-to-clean surface in the colours pure white matte, pure white glossy, aluminium colour and anthracite, but also in high-quality stainless steel and the modern surfaces matte black and matte grey. This diversity of E2 allows buildings to be provided with a continuous design and at the same time allows for the variation of colour. In addition to the standard cover frame, Gira E2 also offers a flat version in all colour variations, which can be mounted on the wall with just 3.4mm. Furthermore, the E2 is suitable for wall duct installations. In combination with the sealing set, Gira E2 is also suitable for splash-proof in-wall installation IP44.
