The Gira KNX RF USB Data-interface is designed as an interface for wireless communication between a PC and a KNX installation via KNX RF. It connects to the computer through a USB 2.0 type A port. With this USB stick, addressing, programming, and diagnosis of KNX devices can be conducted using the startup software from version ETS5 onwards. It also supports fast downloading of large applications with the help of Long Frame from ETS5 and supports KNX Data Secure to allow the forwarding of encrypted telegrams. Suitable for use with a PC or laptop running on a Windows operating system, it automatically installs PC communication via HID profile.
