Gira Wireless Dual Q Smoke Alarm Module - 234700
Notice: This product will be discontinued in the future
This Gira wireless module is compatible with both Dual Q and Dual/VdS smoke alarms from Gira. The module is easy to install on the interface of the smoke alarm. Even with the module attached, the smoke alarm's connection terminals can still be used. Each smoke alarm you wish to add to the smoke alarm network must be fitted with this wireless module. The module is downwards-compatible, which means it can be used for older smoke alarm models. Additionally, the wireless module allows the smoke alarm to be muted with a remote control or wall transmitter for approximately 10 minutes after an alert. Please note, the battery for the wireless module cannot be purchased from Gira as a spare part.

Twice as safe due to heat and scattered light measurement, that is the Dual Q smoke detector from Gira! This new variant of the Gira Dual smoke detector is equipped with two detection methods, thereby ensuring double safety. Even before the situation becomes tricky and dangerous for people, the Dual Q optically detects small smoke particles. It is possible to link your Dual Q smoke detector to a wireless module. In this way, your smoke detector can radioactively link to other smoke detectors. When one smoke detector detects smoke, all linked smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
