This Hensel cable gland is made of hard-wearing polyamide (PA) and accommodates a cable diameter of 27-35mm. It has a straight design, featuring metric screw threads of nominal size metric/Pg 50, thread pitch of 1.5mm, and thread length of 10mm with a hexagonal angle size of 60mm and span of 55mm. The gland includes a strain relief and locknut, and passed a glow wire test per IEC 60 695-2-11 at 960°C. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, it can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C and relative humidity of 50% at 40°C or 100% at 25°C. It offers protection level of IP 66 / IP 67 / IP 69 as per IEC 60529, and is flame retardant, self-extinguishing, and free of halogen and silicone. The gland is grey, conforming to RAL 7035.
