Cabinet parts and the lid are made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, halogen and silicone-free, color RAL 7035, with a transparent lid featuring quick-release fasteners for tool operation. It complies with DIN VDE 0471 Part 2 - glow-wire test 960 °C, with maximum water absorption of 10mg to conform with DIN 53473. It has a double-insulation protection measure, and comes from the house of HENSEL Mi-distributors. It is a Mi Connectionbox with built-in sockets. The product has a protection rating of IP 44.
