Description
This is a tube quick exhaust valve used for pneumatic system quick air exhaust, avoiding returning it through the tubing. The air goes from the inlet port to the outlet on one stroke and it is then exhausted by going from the outlet port through the exhaust port.
It has a male threaded R 1/8 inch inlet port, a 8 mm push-in fitting outlet port and a 10 mm push-in fitting exhaust port.
The operating pressure ranges from 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi). The valve has a proof pressure rating of 13.5 bar. It has NBR seals that make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (no freezing).
Pros:
- Significantly improves the efficiency of air exhaust
- Sealant coating provides a secured sealed connection with an actuator
Cons:
- Not suitable for vacuum applications
EQ-PCC series
The EQ – series includes valves used for quick exhaust of the compressed air from a system avoiding returning it through the tubing thus speeding up return strokes and saving energy. The inlet and the outlet port can be equipped with a push-in or a threaded port while the exhaust port can be a push-in fitting or a silencer with a needle for exhaust volume regulation. The push-in fitting with sizes range from 4 to 12 mm and the male threaded port sizes range from R1/8 to R1/2 inch and the exhaust port push-in fitting sizes range from 8 to 12 mm. The valves have NBR O-ring seals and a sealock - coating on the threaded port for a sealed connection with an actuator. The valves are suitable for the operating pressure ranging from 1 to 7 bar and a cracking pressure of 0.5 bar. These valves have a proof pressure of 13.5 bar. They are suitable for the operating temperature range from 5 to 60°C (no freezing).
