0..60 mbar Diaphragm Pressure Gauge Below Stainless Steel 100 mm Class 1.6
This pressure gauge has a diaphragm (inconel) and has a pressure measurement range of 0 to 60 mbar. The scale division is 1 mbar and the stainless steel gauge housing has a diameter of 160 mm. It uses a flexible diaphragm to output the pressure reading. The G 1/2 inch male connection port is made of stainless steel and is located below the manometer. It has an accuracy class of 1.6 % (maximum deviation). It is suitable for medium temperature from -20 to 60 °C. It is IP54 certified.

Description
This pressure gauge (manufacturer WIKA) is designed for gas and liquid media and has a pressure measurement range of 0 to 60 mbar. The gauge has a measurement scale in bar with a scale division of 1 mbar. It is a membrane, or diaphgram, pressure gauge. This means, it is able to separate the media from the gauge's internals. It is commonly used for more aggressive and contaminated media. It has an accuracy class of 1.6 % (maximum deviation). The gauge body is made of stainless steel and the membrane is made of of inconel. The cabinet has a diameter of 160 mm. The G 1/2 inch male connection point is made of stainless steel and is located below the manometer. Please make sure that your medium is compatible with stainless steel and inconel. It is suitable for medium temperature from -20 to 100 °C. It is IP54 certified and it has a max overload capacity of 3x scale value. As a rule of thumb, please select a pressure gauge that has a rating scale of at least 25% higher than the maximum operating pressure.
Pros:
- The flexible membrane function allows it to be used for more aggressive and contaminated media.
- The cabinet has a diameter of 160 mm and a scale with a division of 1 mbar, which makes it possible to read the values accurately.
Cons:
- Only available with a G 1/2 inch male connection point that is located below the manometer. Use a reducer to change the thread size.
MW-M series
The MW-M membrane pressure gauge series from Wika is capable of measuring pressure from -1 to 400 bar with scale division from 0.02 to 10 bar, depending on the model. The membrane, or diaphragm, design allows it to separate the media from the gauge's internals, making it a great solution for more aggressive or contaminated media. Various membrane and connection materials are available to suite a wide array of media. They always have a G 1/2 inch male threaded connection point located below the manometer. They are IP54 certified and can handle a temperature range of -20 to 100°C.
A calibration certificate is not available.
