Description
This pressure gauge (manufacterer WIKA) is designed for gas and liquid media and has a pressure measurement range of 0 to 2.5 bar (0..36 psi). The gauge has a measurement scale in bar with scale division of 0.1 bar. It has an accuracy class of 2.5 % (maximum deviation). The gauge body is made of steel and the connection and indicator are made of copper alloy. The cabinet has a diameter of 50 mm. Please make sure that your medium is compatible with copper alloy. The male G 1/4 inch connection point is located in the rear of the manometer. It is suitable for medium temperature from -20 to 60 °C. It can be mounted to a panel by using the two bolts. Please check the datasheet for dimensions of the mounting bracket. As a rule of thumb, please select a pressure gauge that has a max pressure rating of at least 25% higher than the maximum operating pressure.
Pros:
- It has a mounting bracket which makes is suitable for mounting to a panel
- Cabinet has a diameter of 50 mm and a scale with a division of 0.1 bar, which makes it possible to read the values accurately.
Cons:
- Only available with a copper alloy measurement system indicator, which is not suitable for aggresive media.
MW-TP series
The MW-TP pressure gauge series from Wika is capable of measuring pressure from -1 to 400 bar with scale division from 0.02 to 20 bar, depending on the model. The copper alloy male threaded connection point is located in the rear of the manometer with size options of 1/8 or 1/4 inch. The steel gauge is IP42 certified and can handle, depending on the model, a temperature range of -20 to 80°C. Use the two bolts for securing it to a panel.
A calibration certificate is not available.
