Description
This high precision pressure gauge (manufacterer WIKA) is designed for gas and liquid media has a pressure measurement range of 0 to 4 bar. The gauge has a measurement scale in bar with scale division of 0.02 bar. It has an accuracy class of 0.6 % for high precision applications. The gauge body is made of stainless steel and the connection and indicator are made of brass. The cabinet has a diameter of 160 mm. Please make sure that your medium is compatible with brass. The male G 1/2 inch connection point is located below the manometer. It is suitable for medium temperature from -40 to 80°C. As a rule of thumb, please select a pressure gauge that has a rating scale of at least 25% higher than the maximum operating pressure.
Pros:
- It has an accuracy class of 0.6 % for high precision applicaitons.
- Cabinet has a diameter of 160 mm and a scale with a division of 0.02 bar, which makes it possible to read the values very accurately.
Cons:
- Only available with brass measurement system indicator, which is not suitable for aggresive media.
- Only available with a G 1/2 inch male connection point that is located below the manometer.
MW-P series
The MW-P high precision pressure gauge series from Wika is capable of measuring pressure from -1.2 to 1,000 bar with scale division from 0.005 to 10 bar, depending ont he model. With an accuracy class of 0.6%, they allow for a high precision pressure readout for sensitive applications. The stainless steel cabinet is 160 mm in diameter and the G 1/2 inch male threaded connection port is made of brass and located below the manometer. They are IP54 certified and can handle a temperature range of -40 to 80 °C.
A calibration certificate is not available.
