Use it to protect a hydraulic motor or cylinder against pressure peaks, for example when it is stopped against a load. Stack it between the NG6 directional valve and the sub-plate; several sandwich valves can be combined at one station. Operating pressure up to 320 bar. It is supplied with its seals, but without fixing screws. Fix the stack with four M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.

Pros:

  • Crossover relief between A and B
  • Adds pressure relief to a valve station without extra piping
  • Standard NG6 / D03 interface, stacks between valve and sub-plate

Cons:

  • Supplied without fixing screws
  • Adjustable up to 100 bar only - for higher settings, choose the 320 bar version

Series:

Tameson NG6 sandwich pressure relief valves for NG6 / D03 valve stacks (DIN 24340-A6, ISO 4401-03, CETOP R 35 H-03, NFPA D03). Mounted between the directional valve and the sub-plate, they limit the pressure in one line or in both consumer lines without extra piping. Versions: P to T, A to T, B to T, A and B to T (two valves in one plate), and A to B and B to A (crossover). Each version is available in pressure stages up to 100 or 320 bar. Ductile iron body, steel internals and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids of 20 to 400 mm²/s from -30 to +80 °C. Operating pressure up to 320 bar, flow up to about 60 l/min with up to 40 l/min recommended. The valves are supplied with seals, without fixing screws; the stack is fixed with M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.
