NG6 (D03) Sandwich Pressure Reducing Valve A 75bar - Rexroth
NG6 / D03 sandwich pressure reducing valve, version A, adjustable up to 75 bar. It reduces the pressure in consumer line A; a check valve lets the return flow from A pass freely. G1/4 gauge port for checking the set pressure. Recommended flow up to 40 l/min, maximum about 60 l/min. Ductile iron body and NBR seals, for mineral oil of 10 to 500 mm²/s from -30 to +80 °C.

Description
Use it where only the A side of a cylinder or motor needs a reduced pressure, while the B side keeps the full system pressure. Stack it between the NG6 directional valve and the sub-plate; several sandwich valves can be combined at one station. Operating pressure up to 315 bar. It is supplied with its seals, but without fixing screws. Fix the stack with four M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.
Pros:
- Reduced pressure in line A only, free return through the check valve
- G1/4 gauge port for checking the set pressure
- Standard NG6 / D03 interface, stacks between valve and sub-plate
Cons:
- Supplied without fixing screws
- Adjustable up to 75 bar only - for higher settings, choose the 210 bar version
Series:
Bosch Rexroth ZDR 6 sandwich pressure reducing valves for NG6 / D03 valve stacks (DIN 24340-A6, ISO 4401-03, CETOP R 35 H-03, NFPA D03). Mounted between the directional valve and the sub-plate, they keep the pressure at one valve station or in one line at a constant, lower value. Version P reduces the pressure in P, version A reduces it in consumer line A with a check valve for free return flow, and version B reduces the pressure in P controlled by the pressure in line B. Each version is available in pressure stages up to 75 or 210 bar and has a G1/4 gauge port. Ductile iron body, steel internals and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids of 10 to 500 mm²/s from -30 to +80 °C. Operating pressure up to 315 bar, flow up to about 60 l/min with up to 40 l/min recommended. The valves are supplied with seals, without fixing screws; the stack is fixed with M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.
