This union elbow fitting has two connection ports to connect multiple hoses together. Both push-in ports have a 4 mm connection size. It is has a 90-degree bend from input to output. It is an equal fitting, so all ports are the same size. You can mount the coupling securely by using the mounting holes. The fitting has a PBT housing, polyoxymethylene (POM) connection material, and a NBR seal. It is suitable for a max pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of 0 - 60 °C. It is suitable for vacuum applications. The push-in fitting is easily installed by pushing the pneumatic tube against the release ring-end of the fitting until it stops, and the internal claw secures it into place. It is easily uninstalled by pushing the release ring inward towards the fitting and pulling the tubing back. It is suitable for Nylon, Polyethylene (PE), or Polyurethane (PU) tubing material.

Value pack of 10 pieces!

Pros:

  • It has a push-in connection for easy installation and release for pneumatic hosing
  • It is suitable for vacuum applications

Cons:

  • Should only be used with firmer hosing material (nylon, polyethylene (PE), or polyurethane (PU)), otherwise, a hose tail barbed fitting can be used
  • It is only suitable for air, however, it can be used with water under special considerations (see datasheet)
  • Only suitable up to 10 bar

Pisco Standard Series

The Pisco Standard Series covers our push-in fittings. Pisco is a premium brand that is known for its excellent value for money. Push-in fittings are easily installed and uninstalled saving time and money while maintaining a leak free seal. They can have between one to six connection ports and are made out of brass and plastic. Fittings with one connection port are used to stop the flow of air, like a plug or cap. Fittings with two connection ports are used to connect two hoses together, or to connect a pneumatic hose to a pipe and/or component with a threaded connection on the second port. A fitting with three or more connection ports can have multiple uses with multiple inlets or outlets. Different design options are available, for example straight, elbowed at an angle, or different size diameter ports (unequal) depending on the applications.
