Description
This Acti9 iC60N is a low voltage circuit breaker. It is a 2P circuit breaker with 2 protected poles. It has a nominal current of 16A and a C tripping characteristic. The breaking capacity of this circuit breaker is 6000A at 400VAC according to the standard EN/IEC 60898-1 (household standard) and 20kA at 220VAC to 240VAC according to the standard EN/IEC 60947-2 (industrial standard). This iC60N circuit breaker meets both the household standard EN/IEC 60898-1 and the industrial standard EN/IEC 60947-2.
This circuit breaker protects the power circuits from short circuits and overload currents. The unique VisiTrip indicator shortens the search for the disconnected (tripped) breaker by clearly marking it. The green VisiSafe indication guarantees the physical opening of the contacts, so maintenance can be performed downstream. The quick tripping mechanism extends the lifespan of this component.
This Schneider Electric circuit breaker has an electrical life of up to 10,000 cycles and a mechanical life of up to 20,000 cycles. The Ui rated insulation voltage is 500VAC. Its limitation class 3 (according to EN/IEC60898-1) reduces the costs for protecting the power circuit. It can be mounted on a DIN rail for a modular installation. The width of this breaker is 2 modules of 18mm.
The pollution degree is 3 and the overvoltage category is IV. This product is executed in white color (RAL9003). The dimensions are 36mm (W) x 85mm (H) x 78.5mm (D). The weight is 0.25kg. According to the standard IEC 60529, the degree of protection is IP20. The degree of protection increases to IP40 when it is mounted in a modular enclosure with insulation class II.
The operating temperature is between -35°C and 70°C. The storage temperature is between -40°C and 85°C.
