Description
The Acti9 iC60H is a multi-standard low-voltage circuit breaker with dual tunnel connections, manufactured as a 1P circuit breaker with a single protected pole. This device has a nominal current of 4A and a C switch-off characteristic. Its shutting off capacity is 10000A at 230VAC according to the EN/IEC 60898-1 domestic standard, and 70kA at voltages ranging from 220VAC to 240VAC according to the EN/IEC 60947-2 industrial standard.
Compliant with both the domestic EN/IEC 60898-1 standard and the industrial EN/IEC 60947-2 standard, the iC60N circuit breaker serves primarily to protect circuits from short-circuit and overload currents.
The unique VisiTrip indicator shortens the search for the tripped breaker through clear marking, while the green VisiSafe indication guarantees the physical opening of the contacts, allowing maintenance to be performed downstream. The quick disconnect mechanism ensures enhanced longevity of this component.
This Schneider Electric circuit breaker has an electrical life up to 10000 cycles and a mechanical life up to 20000 cycles. It has an assigned Ui insulation voltage of 500VAC. With its limitation class 3 (according to EN/IEC60898-1), it reduces the costs for protecting the circuit.
The circuit breaker can be mounted on a DIN rail for modular installation. The width of this breaker is 1 module of 18mm. The pollution degree is 3 and the overvoltage category is IV. The product is completed in a white color (RAL9003) and has dimensions of 18mm (W) x 85mm (H) x 78.5mm (D), weighing in at 0.215kg.
According to standard IEC 60529, the degree of protection is IP20. However, this increases to IP40 when mounted in a modular housing with insulation class II. The operational temperature for the circuit breaker ranges between -35°C and 70°C, and it can be stored at temperatures between -40°C and 85°C.
