Description
This is a presence detector designed for indoor ceiling mounting. The sensor module is capable of detecting moving heat sources such as people within an adjustable detection area, subsequently triggering a staircase timer. This product can handle various types of loads such as incandescent lamps, energy-saving lamps, LV halogen lighting with a standard transformer, electronic transformers, and fluorescent lamps.
The sensor module is equipped with a light sensor that has an adjustable brightness threshold. This feature allows the lighting to only turn on if the brightness threshold is not met. If there is sufficient daylight, the presence function can switch off the lighting, even when a person is in the room.
Installation is possible in a size 60 built-in box or in the surface-mounted housing available as an accessory. It comes with a claw and screw fixing and is equipped with screw terminals. The purpose of this presence sensor is to switch two outputs, with external activation possible via two PL inputs.
This product also features a brightness-dependent staircase lighting function with channel 1, and a staircase lighting function that is independent of brightness with channel 2. The rated voltage is AC 220/230 V, 50/60 Hz and the rated current should not exceed 10 AX, cos Phi 0.6. Please note that the total load of both channels must not exceed 14 A.
The sensor has 2 make contact outputs, with the maximum switching capacity per channel being:
- Incandescent lamps: 2200W
- HV halogen lamps: 2000W
- LV halogen lamps with wound transformer: 500VA
- Electronic transformers: 1050W
- Capacitive load: 10 A, 140 µF
- Energy-saving lamps: 100 VA
- Motor load: 1000 VA
It should be noted that a neutral conductor is required (3-wire system), and the wire range should be max. 2x2.5 mm². It has a 360° detection angle and is made up of 6 levels and 136 zones with 4 motion sensors. The suggested installation height is 2.5 m, and it has a range of a maximum radius of 7 m (at an installation height of 2.50 m). The sensitivity and brightness threshold are continuously adjustable, as is the overlap time for both channels.
