Description
The EMERGENCY STOP mushroom pushbutton is a 22 mm, round, metal, shiny, red, 30 mm device with positive latching, in accordance with EN ISO 13850, and features a rotate-to-unlatch mechanism. This button, which is part of the SIRIUS ACT line, is designed to control safety-related applications and cannot be overridden.

The devices can be easily installed thanks to an innovative snap-on concept that requires only one hand and no special tools. Mounting holes do not need to be grooved as full twist prevention is already integrated. The devices are suitable for use in industry and outdoors, offering a high degree of protection. They can withstand cleaning with a high-pressure jet and are not affected by dust, oils, or caustic solutions, ensuring reliable operation.
Alongside standard wiring, devices can be connected to the controller via PROFINET, AS-Interface or IO-Link. This feature can reduce wiring time and effort, minimize error sources, and increase flexibility.
The Online Configurator provides support for selecting and ordering individual devices, enclosures, and labels. Extensive documentation, including the manual, 3D data, and terminal diagram, is available.
The available versions include 30/40/60 mm mushroom diameter, illuminated or non-illuminated, pull-to-unlatch or rotate-to-unlatch, and key-operated release. Please note that only a single device is included in the order, and holders and modules must be ordered separately.
