Burkert 2/2 way solenoid valve (type 6027) with 1/4 inch NPT threads and a 24 V AC/DC coil. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is normally open (voltage = close). The valve is direct operating, so no differential pressure required. Suitable for max media temperatures of 80 °C (176 °F) and a pressure range of 0 - 200 bar (2901 psi). Housing of stainless steel with Ceramics sealing and a 1 mm orifice. The Kv-value is 0.03 m3/h (0.5 l/min at dp = 1 bar water). This solenoid valve is ATEX and IECEx certified.

Description
This is a Burkert direct operating 2/2 way solenoid valve with 1/4 inch NPT threads and a 24 V AC/DC coil. The valve has a stainless steel housing with Ceramics sealing and an orifice size of 1 mm. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is normally open, which means the valve closes when voltage is applied. As it is direct operating, no pressure differential over the valve is needed to open the valve. Suitable for a pressure of 0 - 200 bar (2901 psi) and a maximum temperature of 80 °C (176 °F). The valve has a Kv-value of 0.03 m3/h, this translates to a flow rate of 1 l/min at a differential pressure of 1 bar (for water). In imperial units: Cv = 0, which means 0 GPM @ 1 psi pressure drop. The stainless steel housing is very durable, strong and resistant to a wide range of chemicals with the exception of chloride solutions. The oxide ceramic sealing is used for high pressure applications. Please note that the internal valve parts, such as the stainless steel plunger and springs, are also in contact with the medium and must be chemically compatible. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. Thanks to the ATEX and IECEx certification, this solenoid valve is suited for explosive environments. The valve has an IP65 rating if properly connected. The integrated power reduction feature reduces energy consumption by 75%.
