This stainless steel thermowell is designed to serve as a fitting and protection for a 160 mm long and 8 mm wide stem of a bimetallic thermometer. It is made to be welded into the system. To connect a thermometer simply plug it in and fix it with the bolt located on the head of the thermowell. This thermowell can withstand a maximum temperature of 600°C and a maximum operating pressure of 25 bar.

TWA series

The TWA series consists of stainless steel, copper and st35 steel thermowells designed to protect bimetallic thermometers from the media pressure and make their mounting and replacement easier. These thermowells accept the thermometers via plug-in connection and fix them with a bolt. The thermowells are either equipped with a G 1/2 inch female thread for connection or designed to be welded into the system. The copper alloy thermometers are suitable for temperatures of up to 160°C and maximum operating pressure of up to 6 bar while stainless steel thermometer can withstand 600°C and 25 bar operating pressure.
