In spite of its slim design and professional features, the UT191T is still a competitively priced multimeter. Aside from the basics it also does capacity, frequency, temperature and duty-cycle measurements. It even supports true RMS. With the UT191T, you can easily revert to the last setting you used when switching off and on the meter because it remembers them for you. A high-precision temperature measurement of 0.1°C and LoZ AC measurements are also available. In addition to being CAT III compliant, the UT191T is also IP65 rated. The multimeter comes with test leads.
