90% 6400l/min Multi-stage Vacuum Generator
This multi-stage vacuum generator can generate a vacuum of up to 90%. Compressed air is guided through a venturi tube to create a vacuum. It has a vacuum rate of 6400 l/min (383.99 m3/h, 224 scfm) at 0% vacuum and an air consumption of 1900 l/min (114 m3/h, 66.5 scfm). The evacuation time (1 l to 90% vacuum) is 0.294 s. It's made from aluminum. The connection ports are G 1/2 inch, G 1 1/2 inch and G 2 inch. The operating pressure is from 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi). Suitable for a temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C (-4 °F to 176 °F).

This vacuum generator (also known as vacuum ejector) is designed to generate a vacuum level that is required for pick and place applications of objects and works based on the Venturi effect. The compressed air pressure range is 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi), but the optimal pressure is 6 bar (87 psi). At this pressure, the maximum vacuum level is 90% and the air consumption is 1900 l/min (114 m3/h, 66.5 scfm). The vacuum rate decreases with increasing vacuum levels and is maximally 6400 l/min (383.99 m3/h, 224 scfm). The evacuation time 1 l to 90% vacuum is 0.294 s. This vacuum ejector has three connection ports: a G 1/2 inch supply port, a G 2 inch vacuum port and a 2 x G 1 1/2 inch exhaust port. It's made from aluminum. Suitable for a temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C (-4 °F to 176 °F).

The VEL-M series generators are multi-stage vacuum ejectors. The ejectors from this series can a generate vacuum of up to 90%. Depending on the vacuum level, the vacuum rate varies from 28 to 9600 l/min (1.68 to 576 m3/h), 0.98-336 scfm and the evacuation time ranges from 0.044-18 s. The air consumption range is from 16 to 2880 l/min (0.96-172.8 m3/h, 0.56-6.05 scfm). They have three ports one for air supply, second for suction and third for exhaust. A wide range of port sizes is available.
