Collection:Flanged Pinch Valves

Flanged pneumatic pinch valves are designed for shut-off control applications with abrasive, corrosive or fibrous products. These valves provide completely free flow of the media and are clogging proof which makes them ideal for solids and slurries (liquids that contain solids). They are equipped with DIN 2632 flanged connection ports, sizes ranging from DN 40 to DN 250.

The housing has a female thread on top where the air supply can be mounted. Applying the pressurized air through this connection port shuts off the flow of the media. These pinch valves are available with aluminium and steel housing.

The sleeve provides dead space and leak-free operation of the valve and a media flow with minimum frictional resistance. Different sleeve materials make the valves suitable for various media and temperature ranges. Available sleeve types are: food safe natural rubber, abrasion resistant natural rubber, EPDM and NBR for a more economical option.

These valves can withstand a maximum operating pressure of up to 6 bar. The maximum control pressure is 1.5 to 2 bar higher than the media pressure.
