Description
Bürkert direct operating 3/2-way solenoid valve with 32x46 mm Bürkert SFB flange and 24V AC (alternating current) coil. The valve has a brass housing with EPDM sealing and an orifice size of 2 mm. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is normally open, which means the valve closes when voltage is applied. This model is media separated and can therefore be used for slightly contaminated and aggressive media. The brass housing is durable, suitable for neutral fluids and resistant to many chemicals. The EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing is suited for neutral fluids and many chemicals, but it has poor resistance to oils and fats. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. Energy efficient design for a long product lifecycle. Satisfies all European drinking water requirements.
Important advantages
- This valve satisfies all European drinking water requirements
- Can be used with slightly contaminated or aggressive media thanks to the media separated design
- Energy-saving design which ensures a low heating of the medium and, in addition, a long service life
- Bürkert design: proven reliability & durability
0331 series
The Bürkert 0331 valve is a direct-acting, media separated pivoted armature valve. Orifices up to DN 4 and pressure ranges from 0 to 16 bar. What makes this valve different from the 0330, is that it doesn't have threads, but a Bürkert SFB (Specific Flange design Bürkert) flange connection at the bottom. This flange can be used to mount the valve onto a manifold or to mount onto a bigger valve (for example the Type 5282) and act as a pilot valve. It is available in 2/2 and 3/2-way versions. The 3/2-way versions are available as normally open, normally closed, distributor or mixing valve. Due to its medium separated design, it's a good solution for aggressive or slightly contaminated media. The standard brass housing satisfies all European drinking water requirements. The 0331 is equipped with manual override for commissioning and testing. ATEX explosion approved versions are also available.
