This TamesonPRO 2-way ball valve is offered in combination with a JP Fluid Control pneumatic actuator. The valve features a 15 mm bore size and DN15 flange connections. It is suitable for medium temperatures from -29°C to 160°C (-20°F up to 320°F). The valve can handle pressures of up to 40 bar at 20°C (579 psi at 68°F). The valve body and the ball are made of stainless steel 1.4408 with a PTFE seal, making it suitable for various aggressive and corrosive media. The Kv value is 21 m3/h (Cv = 24.3 gpm). Kv expresses the flow rate of water in m3/h at a pressure drop of one bar.
The actuator features a robust, double-acting rack-and-pinion mechanism with a 35-micron hard-anodized aluminum body. The pneumatic input range is from 3 to 8 bar (43 to 116 psi). It is suitable for ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to 176°F). Additionally, it features a Namur 1/4 inch interface for solenoid valves and a 50 x 25 mm interface for VDI/VDE 3845 limit switch boxes. Comes unassembled, including ball valve, actuator and mounting accessories.

1124 TamesonPRO Ball Valve
The 1124 series includes reliable 2-way 3-piece flanged ball valves with a stainless steel housing. The ball is also made of stainless steel and the valve seats are made of PTFE. The valve is suitable for various aggressive and corrosive media up to a maximum of 69 bar (1000 psi). Suitable for temperatures between -29°C up to 160°C (-20°F up to 320°F) and available from size DN15 to DN25. Ball valves from the 1124 series all have an ISO 5211 top flange (from F03 to max. F05) which makes the mounting of an actuator possible.
