FRL G1/2'' 1400 l/min 0.5-10.0bar/7-145psi Manual Protective Cage Polycarbonate Combo 1
This G 1/2 inch pneumatic FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) unit is used to filter out contaminants larger than 40 microns and regulate the output pressure between 0.5 to 10.0 bar (7 to 145 psi) and lubricate the air with oil. Includes a pressure gauge. The max flow rate is 1400 l/min. The condensate drain is manual, requiring manual release of condensate.Suitable for a 16.0 bar (232 psi) max input and temperatures between 0 and 50 °C (32 and 122 °F). The min flow for oil drip is l/min. The oil capacity is 75 cm3. To adjust the output pressure, pull the hand wheel up and twist.

Description
This filter regulator lubricator (FRL) combines three functions. The filter removes water, dirt and other harmful particles larger than 40 microns. The pressure regulator adjusts the pressure continuously to a stable level, even when the input pressure varies. The level can be adjusted between 0.5 to 10.0 bar (7 to 145 psi). The lubricator introduces oil into the pneumatic air to reduce internal friction for pneumatic components. Most modern pneumatic equipment doesn't need lubrication, only use a lubricator if downstream equipment requires it. The recommended lubricating oil type is ISO-VG32 turbine oil. This model has G 1/2 inch ports. The maximum flow rate is 1400 l/min. It is recommended to select a filter with a maximum flow rate 1.5 to 2 times higher than the maximum flow rate in your system to avoid excessive pressure drop. Additionally, keep in mind that lower input pressures may reduce the achievable maximum flow rate, so ensure your system pressure is sufficient for optimal performance. Note that the pressure regulator controls the output pressure, not the flow rate. The output pressure can be adjusted by pulling the hand wheel up and twisting.
The maximum input pressure is 16.0 bar (232 psi) and the temperature range is between 0 and 50 °C (32 and 122 °F). It has a manual condensate drain with a drain capacity of 25 cm3. The lubricator requires a minimal flow rate of l/min and can hold 75 cm3 of oil. The housing material is made out of zinc die-cast and the filter and lubricator bowls are made of polycarbonate (PC). The bowl has protective cage.
Mounting brackets need to be ordered separately.
