G3/8'' 6/2-Way Hydraulic Solenoid Diverter Valve 250bar 12VDC
6/2-way solenoid diverter valve for inline mounting, G3/8 BSPP, up to 250 bar. It lets one directional valve supply two actuators in turn: at rest P1 and P2 are connected to C1 and C4, energised to C2 and C3. Nominal flow 50 l/min. 12 V DC coil, 36 W, IP65. Ductile iron body and NBR seals, for mineral oil from -20 to +80 °C. Supplied with coil and connector.

Description
Use it where a machine has only one directional valve but needs an extra function, for example a second cylinder that works in turn with the first. Pressure can be applied to any port. At high flow the switching limit drops: the valve switches at the full 250 bar up to 15 l/min, and at the rated 50 l/min up to about 130 bar. For higher flows, choose the G1/2 valve (90 l/min). Mount it with M8 socket head screws (DIN 912). Ambient temperature -20 to +50 °C.
Pros:
- Adds a second actuator to one directional valve
- Pressure possible at any port
- Supplied with coil and connector
- IP65: dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets
Cons:
- Full 250 bar switching only up to 15 l/min - at 50 l/min about 130 bar
- Supplies one actuator at a time - for independent movements, use a separate directional valve
Series:
6/2-way solenoid diverter valves in spool design for inline mounting, up to 250 bar. They let one source, such as a single directional valve, supply two actuators in turn: at rest P1 and P2 are connected to C1 and C4, energised to C2 and C3. Pressure can be applied to any port. The range covers G3/8 BSPP with a nominal flow of 50 l/min and G1/2 BSPP with 90 l/min, each with a 12 V DC or 24 V DC coil (36 W and 45 W, ±10 % voltage tolerance, IP65). At high flow the switching limit drops below 250 bar; the datasheet switching-limit charts give the values per size. Ductile iron body, steel internals and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids from -20 to +80 °C at ambient temperatures of -20 to +50 °C. The valves are supplied with coil and connector and are mounted with M8 socket head screws (DIN 912).
