Description
This 2-way drinking water approved ball valve from Tameson with a nominal diameter of 10 mm is designed for on/off flow control.
The valve has Rp 3/8 inch threaded ports. This is BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper). With our range of 3/8 inch fittings, the valve can be installed in any pipe.
The housing of the valve is made of chromium-plated brass, the ball is made of brass and the seals are made of PTFE/NBR. The valve can be used within a temperature range from -20 to 150 °C (-4 to 302 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. For this purpose, valves with an ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. BL2BC-M-DW series
The BL2BC-M-DW series includes ball valves with the DVGW and the KTW approval for use in drinking water appliances.
