JP Fluid Control 3 way solenoid valve (type TP) with G 1/4 inch threads and a 120 V AC coil. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is diverting (input switches to one of 2 outputs) and direct operating, so no pressure differential is required. Suitable for max media temperature of 130° C (266 ° F) pressure range of 0 - 3.5 bar (0 - 51 psi). Housing of brass with EPDM sealing and a 4 mm orifice. The Kv-value is 0.3 m3/h (5 l/min at dp=1 bar water).

This is a JP Fluid Control direct operating 3 way solenoid valve with G 1/4 inch threads and a 120 V AC coil. The valve has a brass housing with EPDM sealing and an orifice size of 4 mm (approximately 5/32 inch). The circuit function of the solenoid valve is diverting, which means the valve inlet port connects to one of the two outlet ports, depending on the valve's state.
The valve is suitable for pressures of 0 - 3.5 bar (0 - 51 psi) and a maximum temperature of 130° C (266° F). The valve has a Kv-value of 0.3 m3/h, which translates to a flow rate of 5 l/min at a differential pressure of 1 bar (for water). In imperial units: Cv = 0.35, which means 0.35 GPM @ 1 psi pressure drop. For simple applications it is often enough to select a valve based on the thread size and orifice diameter. The brass housing is durable, suitable for neutral fluids and resistant to many chemicals. The EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) sealing is suitable for neutral fluids and many chemicals, but it has poor resistance to oils and fats. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. The valve has an IP65 rating if properly connected.
