This is a straight fixed ball point with an internal thread designed for use as both a phase-side and earth-side connection in compliance with EN/IEC 61230 (DIN VDE 0683-100) standards on the conductor and the earthing system. It offers high mechanical strength as the thread is not cut. With a maximum short-circuit current of 33.5kA and a structure built in a straight form, it also features an earthing and short-circuit facility. This straight fixed ball point is appropriate for attaching cable lugs or connecting busbars as per DIN 43673-1, with a maximum copper wire cross-section of 120mm² and a diameter of 20mm.
