Belimo Ball Valve G2-3/4 Kvs49 100-240VAC 90s 2/3-point 20Nm IP67 R450/SR230P

This is a Belimo 2-way ball valve with a brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 50 and the port size is G 2 3/4 inch with male threads. The maximum pressure differential is 4 bar (58 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 100 °C (14 to 212 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 49 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 56.69 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 100-240 V AC. The actuator features two-point and three-point control. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP67 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops. The actuator is particularly suitable for challenging environments such as wood drying, animal breeding, food processing, agriculture, indoor swimming pools/bathhouses, rooftop ventilation plant rooms, and general outdoor applications. The actuator has passed various tests including the Noxious gas test EN 60068-2-60, Salt fog spray test EN 60068-2-52, Ammoniac test DIN 50916-2, Climate test IEC60068-2-30, Disinfectant (animals) test, and UV Test (Solar radiation at ground level) EN 60068-2-5, EN 60068-2-63. The housing cover must be removed for manual override.
