Flanged Stainless Steel Expansion Joint DN200-PN10
This DN 200 stainless steel expansion joint is designed to absorb axial movements, such as compression and extension in piping systems. It has 8 bolt holes on each side to connect to pipes. This compensator is ideal for applications involving thermal expansion and vibration damping. The bellows is made of 1.4541 stainless steel and flanges from galvanized and zinc-plated steel. It is suitable for temperatures of up to 550°C, but pressure resistance drops as temperature increases. This expansion joint is used to compensate movements in pipelines carrying corrosive substances, damping vibrations and compensating for thermal expansion in heating and cooling systems and ensuring the integrity of pipelines in processing and transportation. Reference values for the pressure rating under temperature loading: up to +20°C: 100%, +50°C: 90%, +150°C: 76%, +250°C: 69%, +350°C: 64%, +550°C: 59%.

Pros:
- High temperature resistance of up to +550 °C
- Robust stainless-steel bellows (1.4541) paired with galvanized swivel flanges ensures durability and corrosion resistance
- Suitable for vacuum, pressures ranging from -1 to 16 bar
- Axial flexibility accommodates 19 mm of both compression and extension
Cons:
- Not suitable for lateral offset and angular deviation
